It sheds a bit the first few uses, but I definitely feel cleaner using these sponges as opposed to just a rag or even the bar saver bags.

recently tried the Kitchen African Sponge, and I’m genuinely impressed with how well it performs. The lather is excellent—it doesn’t take much soap at all to create a rich, satisfying foam that feels great on the skin.
What really stands out is the exfoliating action. It strikes the perfect balance: effective enough to leave my skin feeling smooth and refreshed, but not so harsh that it causes irritation. It’s made a noticeable difference in how soft my skin feels after each use.
Another big plus is the length and flexibility of the sponge. You can easily reach and scrub your back without any awkward stretching or extra tools, which is a huge bonus.

It's obviously not a miracle-worker, but i instantly noticed a difference in the type of clean i was getting. It's the type of deep clean that lifts away rough spots without harming sensitive skin. I love the colors, and I love that I'm actually able to scrub my back!
